NOTE:

 On 28 May 2009, an updated version of the application form was posted on the website. The new version eliminates the technical errors of the previous form.

All potential applicants shoul fill-in the current version of the application form.

Additional technical guidance:

• In case of problems, indicating the location of the project area (point I.1) security level the of the worksheet should be reduced, and then "macro" function started.
• When text typed into a cell is not visible,  cell should be expanded, select "Format cells" and "Wrap text".
